Privacy and local workspace storage
What stays in your browser, what site analytics measure, and what to know before clearing or exporting your planning data.
Your planning workspace
The planner stores team names, skills, PTO counts, plans, and work items in this browser’s local storage. The app does not send that workspace to a server or an AI service. There is no account and no automatic sync across browsers or devices. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to view the saved workspace.
Site delivery and analytics
Cloudflare serves this website. The deployed site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Those requests are separate from your planning data; the planner does not include team names, PTO, skills, or work items in analytics events.
Read Cloudflare’s Web Analytics description and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices. This site does not add advertising trackers or a second analytics service.
Exports and deletion
CSV export creates a file on your device containing team information and skills, with optional reconstructed PTO dates. A printed summary can contain plan information. Review these files before sharing them; sharing sends the information to the people or services you choose.
Reset local data removes the active saved workspace after confirmation. The app may keep a recovery copy of a previously unreadable workspace in local storage. To remove all stored data, including recovery copies, clear this site’s storage in your browser settings. That action is not reversible. CSV is not a full workspace backup.
Private browsing and shared devices
Private browsing or storage restrictions can prevent persistence. Keep a readable plan summary before closing the browser, and use a browser profile appropriate for the sensitivity of your team’s information.
